Liam began his deeper work and study in the United States, conducting suicide prevention Talks & Workshops and connecting and learning from several notable practitioners within the field of Trauma.

After studying Therapeutic Counselling, Liam was awarded the Disabled Veteran Scholarship Fund
He briefly studied at Staffordshire University while working as a Psychological Therapist within IAPT Behavioural Therapy for the NHS before transitioning to the private sector. In late 2023, Liam began lecturing for the Chichester College Group.
In 2024, Liam opened his private practice and worked alongside Mindful Life Group to conduct research on the psychological effects of chronic illness.
